Cannabis Products

 

• Cannabis products are non exchangeable, non refundable or returnable unless there is a official recall or tangible error affecting the packaging or product. (Quality or preference regarding product is not a valid reason for return)

• Returns that meet the above criteria will be considered for a full refund or exchange. 

• Recalls will be posted and advertised by store management

• All Cannabis returns must be brought to the attention of Management prior to acceptance.

• All Cannabis Returns must be in their original packaging, Lot# and SKU must be readable.

• Our Return Policy for Cannabis mirrors that of the AGLC official guidelines for retailers

 

Accessories

 

• 14 day Return policy if product is in original unopened packaging in sale-able condition with receipt.

• Consumables and personal items (rolling papers, lighters, vapes, pipes, Bongs, Vapes etc.) are non refundable/exchangeable for health reasons.

• All other General Returns must be made within 14 days and must demonstrate an inherent tangible defect in the product to be considered for a refund or exchange. All returns must have receipt.

Warranties

 

• All warranties are to be handled directly through the manufacturer by the customer.

• Bow Cannabis does not imply or express any warranty on any product unless and extended warranty is purchased at time of sale.
